Due to the nature of books, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bellavieinteriors.com
Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If eligible, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our candles, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, fragrance preferences, or items that have been used.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bellavieinteriors.com with your order number and photo evidence of the issue.
We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
